Sangiovese Verjus and Truffles are here!

Maggie Beer Sangiovese Verjus - Stephen Frank Table & Pantry

We are now carrying Maggie Beer Sangiovese Verjus. Made from the juice of unfermented grapes, Sangiovese Verjus is a slightly sweeter version of the classic and is the perfect companion to desserts.

Use Verjus as an alternate to wine to deglaze a pan when an extra boost of flavor is needed. This will give you a jolt of flavor without the alcohol. Use to poach dried fruit for a compote, splash across fresh mango halves or reduce into a syrup with a little sugar and pour over a favorite cake.

Verjus has been used for years in French and Persian cooking. Try it. You will be amazed.

FRESH WHITE TRUFFLES from OREGON!
We've just received word of a batch of fresh white truffles coming from Oregon. These aromatic delicacies will be available for a limited time and need to be special ordered. At $25 per ounce, these domestic treats are a fraction of the price of their Italian cousins. Call Frank now at 949-376-1615 to place your order and he'll give you his personal recipe for homemade truffle butter.
